Recently, China’s leading human resources service provider 51job announced the prestigious “2024 Top Employer Award” list, with INTCO Recycling honored as an Top Employer, adding a significant contribution to the field of employer branding.
The selection process for this award started in July 2023, with the organizers sending invitations to participate to 6,000 active employers from tens of thousands of companies. Through extensive research, the evaluation focused on innovative initiatives in areas such as strategic adjustments, digitalization, employer branding, talent attraction, development, incentives, retention, and care. Combined with the companies’ presence and activity on new media platforms, 400 outstanding employers were ultimately selected, representing industry benchmarks. INTCO Recycling successfully made it to this list, joining globally renowned companies such as Haier Group, China Mobile, CR Sanjiu Pharmaceuticals, and Siemens.
